Comfort Inn & Suites near Stadium

Everything went smoothly at first: check-in was easy, the hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was good and convenient. The location can be tricky if you're traveling a long distance. Late Sunday night, we asked the woman at the counter some questions and raised a few concerns. She was rude, dismissed us right away, and refused to work with us, telling us to contact a supervisor in the morning.

The location was the best part of my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites, it was incredibly convenient. The room and service were comfortable and dependable, about what I'd expect from a solid three-star place. A positive experience overall, so I'm giving it four stars.

The staff were friendly and the service was great. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot buffet breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is in the Bronx, though, and because of the area I wouldn't recommend it for a woman traveling alone or for a family with young kids. That's about the neighborhood, not the hotel itself.

My family was going through a very difficult time during our stay, and the staff were incredible. I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft, but everyone came to help and it was recovered without any damage. The HKM was especially sweet and attentive to my mother, who uses a walker. She helped us smile when we were in tears. Thank you all 🙂
