The noise outside kept me awake all night, and at around 1 a.m. there was shouting and an argument in the room next door. I left because I didn't feel safe. Management heard my complaint but did nothing. Earlier, I had reported that there was no hot water. Their first response was that nobody else had complained, and they never fixed it. My stay at Days Inna at Bronx (East Gunhill & Webster) was awful. Do not stay here.

I only spent one night here a couple of months ago. You hear loud shouting right outside the window, so sleeping is difficult. The place smelled like weed throughout, and breakfast was basically just an apple. It was horrible. Don't do it.

My debit card was charged even though I've never stayed at this hotel or even been to the Bronx. I've asked for a refund several times, along with my bank, and I'm now preparing a lawsuit against the hotel and its manager. The manager I spoke with was unprofessional. Beware.

There was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. Worse, someone was given a key to our room and walked in while we were asleep. I asked for accommodation, but they ignored us. The stay was horrible.

The staff were amazing and helpful, but the rest of the stay had a lot of problems. Breakfast was just an apple, a muffin, and water in a brown paper bag, and we heard a woman yelling all night. The area felt scary, and there was nowhere to park near the hotel. The hallways and rooms smelled like cigarettes. Ten minutes after check-in, someone threw a brick through the window. There was no hot water, and the TV didn't work.
