Hotel Giraffe by Library Hotel Collection

We walked everywhere from this central location, close to KTown and even Time Square. The area felt safe at any hour. The property was clean, and our room was phenomenal, spacious, and comfortable. We were even surprised with a balcony. All the staff were kind, and one gentleman I saw regularly made the stay especially welcoming. We’d chat like old friends. I think his name was Chris or Christian. He wore glasses and a mustache, often worked nights, and had a pet cat we talked about. I’d definitely stay again. The staff were accommodating, and the 24/7 drink and snack station in the lobby was a very nice touch.

It’s expensive even by NYC standards, but this has become our favorite hotel. We like the room we usually get and ask for it specifically. The place is quiet and convenient, parking is hassle-free, and the help is great. The common area next to the lobby is comfortable too, and we never have any headaches here.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and my stay went well. There were a few minor hiccups outside anyone’s control, and the staff handled them adequately. The rooms are quite spacious by NYC standards. I’ll likely stay here again, though they could add body lotion to the rooms and check bathroom faucets and shower heads for leaks.

This has become my favorite NYC hotel after more than a dozen stays at different places around the city. The lobby is beautiful and calm, the rooms are comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy. The staff make you feel like a real guest. Everything from dropping off my bags to checkout was easy and remarkably pleasant.
