There seemed to be a DJ in one of the rooms all night, like a pub right next door, and nothing was done about it. The bathroom ceiling also needs repair. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re fine trying to sleep through loud music. Good luck.

Nehal from the staff deserves a special mention for being so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a warm, welcoming feel, and the attention to detail and service really stood out. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Opus and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

For the Bronx, this is the nicest hotel or motel around. I like that the TVs let us watch Netflix and YouTube, since most places don’t have that kind of access or those TVs. There are always rooms available for me, and the price is reasonable.

There’s a lot of potential here, but it feels set up for a one-night stand. Don’t bring your family. It smells of cigarettes and pot, and the bedding and mattress were very dirty and didn’t seem right for a king-size bed. The comforter was basically a window drape, and the place was overpriced.

The cozy feel and welcoming team made Hotel Opus a place I’d happily return to. Nehal was especially friendly and made me feel at home. I’d definitely recommend it.
