The lounge and full gym were fantastic, and they gave our family a place to gather over breakfast. We also appreciated the drink coupons for the restaurant downstairs, where we had real cocktails and fantastic dim sum. The rooms were comfortable, with great beds, spacious bathrooms, lots of towels, and excellent showers. We were in NYC for a family funeral, which was a difficult trip, but the staff made a real difference. Thanks especially to Alberto and the wonderful young man from Texas. Our group grew from four rooms to seven, and the staff handled it all smoothly. They also resolved a billing issue quickly. Check-in was Wednesday, January 14, and checkout Friday, January 16. We’d absolutely return.

Kent and Franco made sure we had everything we needed, and the service felt five-star. Our room had a good-sized balcony, not one of those tiny spots where you can barely stand. It looked out over Mccarren park and the Kosciuszko bridge. The location is on point, walkable to everything. I come to Williamsburg often, and Coda is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s beautifully lit, has unique decor, and is clean. I’ve tried a few neighboring hotels and was disappointed by their cleanliness for what they cost. I won’t stay anywhere else now. Coda it is. 10/10.

The front desk service was the highlight of my visit to Coda Williamsburg Hotel. Kent and Besim were friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making the stay feel right. They went above and beyond with whatever I needed, and their positive energy made me feel at home. Everything was seamless and welcoming from arrival. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and well located, too. Service like theirs deserves recognition. I can’t recommend Coda Williamsburg Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be back.

I was uneasy about having a room right by the elevator, so I asked to switch. Kent at the Coda Williamsburg front desk understood and changed it quickly. He was stellar and so accommodating, truly a gem. Had a lovely stay and would come again.

The location is great, and the gym is amazing. Rooms are big compared with other NYC hotels, with large, clean bathrooms, and the bed was so comfy. There’s coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. I just wish the rooms had a little kettle as well. Had a great stay at CODA and would definitely return.
