Marco LaGuardia Hotel & Suites

The Marco LaGuardia Hotel worked out really well for our wedding accommodations. We booked a courtesy room block with Romelinda, which was a breeze, and she gave us a competitive rate. As the brides, we were upgraded to studio suites. They were huge, mine even had a terrace, and they were perfect for getting ready with our bridal parties. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk let us store some wedding decor in the luggage room, so we didn't have to carry it upstairs on our wedding night. At checkout, Carlos helped bring our luggage and decor to the car and pack it in. The complimentary breakfast was solid. We'd definitely stay again.

Mia gave great customer service yesterday and deserves a raise. The room was a different story. It was very cold, set to 76F Max, even with the winter we're having this year. The bed sheets were light, and checkout was at 11, not even 12. That's outrageous.

We had a room booked for one of our drivers, but the young woman who answered the hotel's phone was rude and couldn't be bothered to help or put me through to a supervisor. Fortunately, another nearby hotel had availability and was more than happy to accommodate our driver.

Snyder got us a great room at the Marco La Guardia Hotel, with a balcony and a view of the NY City skyline. Mari and Mia welcomed us with friendly smiles and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The shuttle was quick and efficient. We'll stay here again when we're in the area.
