We all enjoyed our two-week stay. The place was clean, spacious, and felt safe, with a fridge, oven, and microwave, which worked well for our family. There's laundry on the sixth floor. The location was handy for shops, Brooklyn Bridge, joe´s pizza, blue ribbon sushi, and we used MTA line 2 a lot. There was some noise, but we could still sleep. A couple of small issues: the TV and having two towels instead of three. Thanks to all the staff.

I travel every couple of months, and The Mint House is my go-to. I love the room designs and always feel at home there with my dogs. Every stay has been exceptional, from the front desk team, including Jasmine, Rhysa? and the two other gentlemen, to the amazing housekeeping. I can't remember everyone's name, but Stanley the manager is a sweetheart and a wonderful host. Thanks again for a great stay. See you in a couple of months! ~Mia

We booked four rooms for our NYC group trip and felt almost like we had the place to ourselves. 'T' gave us dining suggestions and directions around town, and she and the staff were gracious and extremely helpful at check-in as they got our large group settled. The rooms were clean and spacious, just right for us, and the location was good, a short walk from subway lines. We highly recommend Mint House and will stay again on our next NYC trip.

The kitchen made a big difference since we didn't want to eat out every time. I was here for four nights on a work trip, and the location suited me perfectly. Getting into the hotel and up to the room was easy. I'd happily stay again.

The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and nicely furnished, and ours even had a great sound system. The location was excellent and service was generally good. Getting around the hotel was the frustrating part: there are no cards or fobs, just a six digit code for both the elevator and your room. At least there’s no card to lose, I suppose 🙄. For room service, you have to call the national number and wait for support to connect you. There’s no direct line to the front desk, which is a lot less convenient for guests.
