Murray Hill East

It’s a great value if you want to stay in NY without spending too much. The place isn’t brand new, but it’s clean, and there’s always someone at reception. They’re kind, and housekeeping does a great job. Having laundry there is a must. I had a wonderful time in NY and will definitely be back. Thanks, Murray hill east suite!

I spent a month here and would choose it again for future business trips. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the hotel feels comfortable and safe, especially for an extended stay in New York. It draws guests from all over the world, for both vacations and business, and is very popular. The location is convenient, and the staff are attentive. Ray was particularly polite, warm, helpful, and attentive.

I stayed the whole of October and found it a good value for Manhattan. It’s a little to the east, but you can walk to places like Grand Central. The room felt cozy and spacious, with a sofa and TV in the living room, plus a small kitchenette for preparing meals. There’s laundry and a gym in the basement, and room cleaning is complimentary once a week. A good fit for a longer stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and supportive.

I’ve stayed here twice, and it’s a nice option for an extended visit in a good New York location. The staff are kind and very helpful, and the studios are large, comfortable, and have what you need, though they’re somewhat outdated. Street noise from Manhattan is hard to avoid, so next time I’d ask for a room at the back of the building. In room #1006, the a/c couldn’t be made cold enough despite attempts to fix it, and the room got too hot. I understand other rooms had much better working air conditioning and temperature. They also forgot to reimburse my security deposit, but after I called two weeks later, they processed the reimbursement right away.
