The executive lounge team were sensational, especially Irene and Friedha, along with their colleagues. If you stay, try to book a room with lounge access: the breakfast was very good, and the views of Lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, the Hudson River, and Jersey City were amazing. We spent 10 nights here and will definitely return. The location is great, and our room overlooking the Hudson River was awesome. It was a standard Marriott, with a good sized room for New York, and surprisingly quiet even on a busy street.

I booked this room to be near an event at a restaurant and was very pleased with the stay. The destination charge can go toward a $20 food credit in-house or two tickets to an entertainment venue nearby, such as the One World Observatory, Hop on Hop Off Bus, the Mercer Lab Museum, the Statue of Liberty Circle Line Boat Tour, or the NYC Fit Tour. I used it for the One World Observatory and was thoroughly delighted. I also had a hearty American breakfast at Bill’s Bar & Burgers. The hotel has a nice shower, Starbucks, a FedEx business center, and Bill’s Bar & Burgers restaurant.

For a quick overnight work trip, I found this a dependable Lower Manhattan stay. The standard room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well kept after a long city day. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were professional throughout. The location works well for downtown sightseeing or Financial District business, with Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, and subway access all within walking distance or nearby. The restaurant was solid, and I appreciated the $20 food and beverage credit. Great job, Marriott.

The room was spacious for NYC, and the gym was a real one. The staff were lovely, especially in the business lounge, where the service was warm, friendly, and personal. You made a difference. I had a lovely stay.

The view of One World Trade Center from our room was the highlight, and you can see it in our photos. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plush accommodations that made it easy to unwind after a long day. We found it easy to get around because public transportation and nearby attractions were close. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly, particularly the breakfast staff. Frieda was so kind, and I wish I'd caught the name of the other lovely woman working with her. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend the hotel.
