Ozone Inn & Suites

Our flight was canceled because of heavy snow, and the staff and management found my family and me a couple of rooms at a decent price when everywhere else was booked. The rooms were nice and clean, and we had a solid, safe stay. I wouldn’t normally stay here since I’m Marriott Elite, but I’m thankful they were there to help us in a difficult situation. Keep it up!

Mr Martniez, the program director, is rude and unprofessional. He failed to submit paperwork for a client moving out of shelter to get furniture, then lied about submitting it. The client’s kids have been sleeping on blow-up mattresses for four months because of this selfish guy. He hangs up the phone and is lazy.

The room was filthy and smelled strongly of smoke, even though the whole hotel was supposed to be “smoke-free.” The sofa bed mattress was yellow, with at least three huge brown stains. There was also mold in the bathtub, and both the bathroom sink and bathtub faucets were broken. The keys stopped working on the second day. Since staff couldn’t fix them, we had to go all the way to the front desk every time we wanted to get into our room. The customer service was horrible, and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

The staff were nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice. We were here for about 10 days, and it was just okay. There are no carpets, and it gets very loud in the middle of the night. Every night we woke at 3am to people and children running and giggling in the hallway outside our room. We kept wondering who was so active at that hour. I even thought maybe there were ghosts waking up at night. The receptionist explained that a large group was staying at the hotel and coming in late every night. The website says the hotel has parking, but it only has room for six or seven cars. If those spaces are taken, you have to find street parking.
