The team made us feel at home, and the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The standout was our door ambassador, Chuck Norris. He greeted us with a smile, anticipated what we needed, and treated us with real care throughout the stay. His kindness and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. From arrival on, everything exceeded our expectations, with attentive, professional, genuinely kind service at every turn. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Chiffon at the front desk gave my stay at Park South Hotel a warm start. She was pleasant and professional, gave me rooftop vouchers, and handled all my requests with genuine care. Mohammad, the door ambassador, was just as impressive and helped me arrange reasonably priced airport transportation, making my departure stress-free. Ali, the transportation driver, was a delight to talk with on the ride. The whole team delivered consistently excellent service, with real professionalism and hospitality. They exceeded my expectations and made the visit memorable. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a boutique-style hotel in a quieter part of Midtown, with The Empire State and the Flat Iron area still within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely glad to welcome us back after sightseeing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room at the back had some street noise, especially when bins were collected between 5 and 7 a.m. on some mornings. There are nice coffee shop and bar areas, plus a small lounge with an open fire. The coffee shop food was expensive. We didn't try the restaurant, since there were plenty of places to eat nearby. I'd stay again, but choose a front-facing room, maybe on a high floor.

The area is excellent, with plenty of landmarks nearby as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's busy, but convenient. The rooms are small, though quite reasonable by New York standards. Mohamed gave especially good service, paid close attention to details, and went above and beyond. I'd stay here again.
