Park Terrace Hotel

After a Saturday night fight at Madison Square Garden, I stayed at Terrace Park Hotel near Bryant Park, and the location couldn't have worked better. The place was clean, organized, and felt very safe. Hospitality was strong throughout. David made check-in easy and welcoming, then Arlette greeted me on my way out with a smile that could brighten any room. Hugo also made sure everything went smoothly and treated me with respect. I really enjoyed the stay and can't wait to return for another city event and make a full weekend of it. Go to Branch on the sixth floor. The vibe is cool and the drinks are on point. Highly recommended!

Miguel made our Christmas-time visit so special. He wished me a happy birthday, surprised us with champagne in our room and a thoughtful note, and gave us a beautiful ornament for my boyfriend and our family when we left. It meant a lot to us. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the lobby looked stunning with its designer Christmas tree and wreaths. I'd absolutely return for the service and location. Highly recommend.

The room I had was a lucky one, with a great view over Bryant Park and the surrounding skyscrapers, but rooms vary a lot and some face a grey wall. I had a very pleasant stay. I would've preferred a Keurig to the Nespresso machine, which only makes a thimbleful of coffee.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and when the heating gave us trouble during our most recent Christmas stay, they fixed it quickly and even offered a discount. We’ve stayed at Park Terrace twice now, and the clean, well-kept rooms and public spaces, gym included, have been great both times. It’s right in the middle of the city, but the location doesn’t feel overwhelming, and being able to get to the park easily is a real plus. We’ll absolutely come back. It’s a really nice hotel.
