The staff were very nice, but seemed overloaded. There was only one person at the front desk and no room service after 3 p.m. The elevator was slow and noisy, despite the place having over 50 rooms. I booked for the location near javit center, but the room was tiny, with a low ceiling, and nothing like the photos. The building is very old; it felt more like a motel in a third-world country than a hotel. The AC unit was so loud I couldn’t sleep for three nights. Worst experience ever. I read the online reviews before booking, but my stay was nothing like what I’d read.

The building is old, and there’s just one elevator, though the stairs are usable. Each floor has four rooms, with 14 floors available to guests. The location is excellent and affordable, about five minutes from Jacob Javits convention center. Staff were helpful, and breakfast was good, though it was all continental for vegetarians. The meat and eggs looked strange to me. Recommended.

The rooms are on the small side, but we only needed somewhere to sleep, so that was fine. It’s near plenty of attractions and amenities, and the staff were really nice and helpful.

I stayed at quality inn in May 2014. The location was pretty good, and the staff were supportive. The rooms looked impressive online, but in person they were too small for two people and their luggage.

The rooms are clean, and breakfast is nice. The beds are huge and really comfortable. It’s a basic, good value hotel for the location, though the decor feels dated and the elevator is very slow.
