I checked out today after a week at the hotel, and the last part of my stay was very enjoyable thanks to Tony and Karim. My first room connected to the room next door, and noise from those guests continued for three nights. I thought it would only be a one-night issue. When I spoke to the front desk and Tony, the manager, he and Karim quickly arranged another room with a beautiful view. They handled it professionally, efficiently, and with real understanding. Having worked in five-star hotels myself, I truly value that level of service. Please pass my thanks to both of them for their kindness and professionalism.

I came to see a Broadway show and had a great stay. The location is perfect, the room was lovely and clean, and we had an amazing view of Times Square without any city noise. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly nice, especially Kessi and Miguel!

The room was small but clean and comfortable, and I felt secure with key controlled elevators and security always around. The restaurant on site had delicious breakfast and dinner choices, too. I stayed over the NYE holiday break to see the ball drop, and the party was amazing. As promised, they walked us out to a designated viewing area around 11:30 p.m. It was an incredible experience, and I'd definitely stay again.

Jenny’s care made the whole stay memorable. She checked in personally, handled concerns quickly, and seemed to anticipate what we might need. Even when she was busy, she made sure the details were taken care of. She brings a lot of warmth to the job and keeps the hotel feeling calm and welcoming. You can see that her example carries through to the rest of the team. Jenny is one of the best hotel managers I’ve met, and I’d gladly return knowing she was there.

The room was clean, the shower had good pressure, and we got fresh towels and daily cleaning. We slept really well, thanks to a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and soundproofing that kept out the Times Square noise. The room was small, though pretty roomy by New York standards, and the view over the far end of Times Square was fantastic. I forgot my phone charger, so the wireless magnetic charger in the room came in handy. The big TV had streaming apps we could sign into, and the downstairs cafe had good breakfast choices. We could put the daily resort fee toward food there. We’ll definitely stay again.
