The area is great, but I wouldn’t tell anyone with children to settle here. I moved in a week ago and had to call ACP because my utilities were turned off, and I wasn’t given a broom or garbage bags. Bikes and strollers aren’t allowed in the room. Mine stayed in the basement for the first 10 days, but now I’m told that’s not allowed either. They expect us to leave bikes outside without locks, even though we arrived homeless and may not have money for a lock right away. My bike might be all I own or something I need for work. It’s my property, and I shouldn’t have to leave it out; if that’s what the shelter requires, it should provide locks. There’s no laundry in the building, either. My doctor wrote a note saying the room and fridge aren’t big enough for three people, so I’m supposed to get a larger accommodation. Good luck. I’ve been through this before, and a lawsuit can be the easiest money you ever make. They don’t want any problems.

The staff were a cheerful bunch and very helpful with everything. There were critters in most of the rooms when I was there, though they may have sorted that out by now. The rooms were very small, and there were a few call-girls at the hotel.

The location was cheap and convenient, but the photos don’t show what you’re really getting. There was just one bathroom for the whole floor, and the room felt scary. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have booked. Gross.

The place was really dirty, with holes in the walls, and the room was tiny. The photos are misleading, and the building is being renovated all over again. They should shut this hotel until the work is finished. Nobody should have to stay somewhere like this. ZERO STARS

Someone used a fake card with my name on it, and the hotel tried to debit a couple hundred dollars from my account. They couldn’t be bothered to check ID. If they’re that careless about identification, I can only imagine what room cleaning is like.
