The stay was comfortable in a clean, modern hotel. My room had a fridge and microwave, and the spotless laundry area had quarters available for guest laundry. Breakfast was complimentary with plenty of choices, including waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels, and both chocolate and regular Horizon milk. I arrived late in the evening, and Daniel A. made check-in easy. He was welcoming and clearly explained the hotel and valet, so I could get settled and head straight to my room to rest. Earlier, Christina had been patient and pleasant on the phone, walking me through booking online and answering every question without sounding irritated. When I extended my stay, she made the transition seamless and arranged for me to keep the same room, which made a big difference. Christina’s care from that first call made the booking process stress-free, and both she and Daniel A. deserve special recognition. Their friendliness and attention to detail made this an excellent experience. I highly recommend the hotel when visiting.

The staff were super helpful and friendly with me and the other guests I saw them interact with. David at the front desk made me feel very welcome when I first arrived. The rooms were tidy and had kettles, fridges, and working HVAC, which I appreciated since finicky heaters are a pet peeve of mine. There’s a gym that’s accessible, free breakfast from 6:30-9:30, and a rooftop with a somewhat scenic view, though there’s still a lot of construction around. The location isn’t the nicest to look at, but it’s convenient for the metro and bus stations. The nearby metro got me to Times Square in 25 minutes. Between the location, staff, amenities, and cleanliness, it was a great stay.

Tea in the lobby all day and a little shop with snacks and basic supplies were handy extras. The hotel was clean, well kept, and the staff were friendly. It’s in Long Island City, close to the subway, so Midtown is easy to reach without spending as much as you might elsewhere in NYC. Comfortable and convenient.

I only spent one night here, but the room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. It’s down a quiet side street, though getting to the subway takes a bit of a walk. The main lobby doors were closed during my stay, so I had to use a smaller entrance on the side. Breakfast downstairs had a decent buffet selection, but it was VERY crowded when I arrived. There’s also a short walk to riverfront city views and plenty of food options.
