HORRIBLE. I never write reviews, but this one needed one. It was my first time here with my boyfriend. The rooms were small, and there was a suspicious person sitting by the ATM, causing a disturbance. We found no microwave or fridge in our room, even though we’d brought food to heat for lunch. At the desk, the receptionist was beside the manager, I’m sure it was him. We asked if we could move rooms, and she gave us a look and said none of the rooms have a microwave or fridge. I told her that wasn’t okay. My boyfriend asked for a refund, and she had to ask the manager, who acted like he hadn’t heard. When my boyfriend asked again, he said no, but offered another room. I was really frustrated and asked for a refund again; it could have escalated more. We took the new room. After checking reviews, I noticed one said there had been a hidden camera that was removed. The TV remote wasn’t there either, so my boyfriend went downstairs to ask for it. They did give us a fridge, but still no microwave. Horrible service. Suspicious people in the lobby, scamming people, no microwave, broken TV, hidden cameras. They’re scammers. The manager and receptionist were rude. Never again. Truly unbelievable.

Motels seem to be making a comeback 🫢🤗. I haven’t stayed in one for ages, but it’s good to see new places opening in the bx. This one was comfortable. There’s plenty of competition around, so it could be better, but I’d give it a solid 3.

The staff were polite, but I can’t call this a 3-Star hotel. I’d had restful stays here before and came back hoping for a quiet night while dealing with insomnia from chemotherapy. Instead, Room 704, which is advertised as soundproof, let in a woman cursing during a loud sexual encounter, a blaring TV, and a screaming child. I was moved reluctantly to C2, a horrible basement room beside the laundry. The place has really gone downhill. What a shame.

No one serviced my room during the three nights I was there, even after I asked. There were stains all over, and I got no fresh towels or anything. It’s pay by the hour, dirty, and disgusting.
