Umbrella Hotel Brooklyn

I was charged hundreds of dollars and got no reasonable resolution, and management handled the whole situation unprofessionally. During my stay, I found bedbugs and worried about the security of my room and belongings because some items seemed to have been disturbed. I didn’t feel my property was safe. From what I experienced, the motel fell short on cleanliness and guest care, and I can’t say it operated with honesty or acceptable standards. I strongly suggest choosing somewhere else. I believe actions have consequences, and unethical behavior comes back around. Karma has a way of finding its balance.

The parking lot was so tight that I couldn’t get my car out without risking scratches or damage, and I hit the left side of my bumper while leaving. The room was dirty, neighbors were noisy, and the administrators didn’t keep the guests under control. The cleaning staff were rude too. One of the most terrible places.

There was barely enough room to walk, and almost nowhere to put clothes. The room wasn’t fully clean either, with rust, dust, and stains throughout. If you’re staying more than one night, bring toiletries because they provide very little. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was honestly neat and very clean, and I was really satisfied with it. The area is pretty, with lots of nearby restaurants for a quick bite. A nice, clean place.
