The old New York feel of Warwick New York suited us, and the location made our holiday stay easy. La Grande Boucherie was only a short walk away for Christmas dinner, which was especially welcome on a freezing, windy night. We also liked being able to spend a few hours at The Met, come back to rest, then head out to Broadway later. We had a Junior Suite with a King Bed, with room for four extra large suitcases, a real help on a winter trip. Housekeeping was inconsistent on a few days: the bath mat was missing and the towels weren't fully set up. It wasn't a major problem, but at the holiday rates we expected more attention to detail. The extra bed mattress could use an upgrade, too. We weren't expecting The Ritz, though a little more polish in the housekeeping and bedding would have gone a long way for the price. The space, charm, and unbeatable location still made it a convenient base for a festive New York visit. We'll definitely come back.

This was my second stay, and the front desk team was exceptional. When my daughter had to join us at the last minute, they helped me move to a larger room. It's a beautiful hotel in a great spot, especially for getting around the west side and going in and out of Central Park. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

My group has traveled to NYC every year since 2021. In the first couple of years we were able to get a group rate. Last year, even though I called as early as August 2025, the hotel was evasive about offering one, so we cancelled and took our business elsewhere. In January 2026, I saw a charge of over 900 on my credit card for the cancelled reservation. Lisa Chin and management told me it hadn't been cancelled when I called to ask what happened. I have both phone calls and emails confirming our communications. I've asked for a full refund and still haven't received it. Now my calls get the runaround and I still have no answer about the refund. How else can something like this be reported? Has this happened to anyone else? The 38 of us went to NYC and stayed at the Sheraton New York Times Square, where we had a great experience.

My friend and I chose Warwick New York because we trusted we'd have a memorable stay, and that's what we got. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Alain, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. He helped us through a moment when we really needed assistance, handling it promptly and carefully and resolving it in a short time. We're very grateful to Alain and the front desk team for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication. They made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We'd gladly return to Warwick New York Hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

My sisters and I stayed here for four days over Christmas, and the staff made us feel at home. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help, and they went out of their way to make our stay lovely. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and hygienic, and the location was a bonus. We'd recommend the hotel and will definitely be back.
