We arrived at 3:37 a.m. after driving 14 hours from Georgia to New York. My 77-year-old mother needed the bathroom, but was told she had to be a patron, so she paid for a room for both of us. My husband is a handicapped veteran, and we were exhausted. They charged us $65 and said checkout was 6:30 a.m. We couldn’t get into the room until 4:30 because there was no parking. After we drove around the block over and over looking for a spot, the night manager moved his motorcycle in the cramped lot so I could park. I pleaded for another hour, but was told it would cost $20 more. The hotel isn’t accessible for people with disabilities and felt dangerous. There was no floor towel, and my husband slipped getting out of the bath, hit his head hard, nearly blacked out, and couldn’t move for a couple of minutes. This happened at 5:15 a.m. I told management, but she seemed uncaring and offered no help, apology, or compassion. She did ask why we hadn’t called an ambulance. We packed and left. A cleaning woman later knocked on my mother’s door and demanded the extra $20 to stay until 7:00 a.m. My mother paid, though we didn’t stay longer, and the manager refused to refund us.

The rooms are okay, but the price feels too high. There is a parking lot, though it fills up fast.

The employees were extremely rude, especially the woman at the front desk, who showed no interest in treating guests respectfully. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be treated with disrespect.

I only booked this place because it was cheap and I needed somewhere to work nearby. I left early because the room was so awful: cramped, smelled of mold or mildew, had stains on the walls, and the AC blew hot air. A paper towel covered the peephole. When I said the Wi-Fi was bad, they accused me of making it up. I asked to switch rooms, and the rude front desk woman rushed me into another one. Customer service was poor, with little accommodation or accountability. The black-haired receptionist had a disgusting attitude from the moment I walked in. I was polite when asking for a room, but she responded in a flat, disinterested way. It may be a motel, but people deserve respect wherever they go, especially when they’ve done nothing wrong. I’ll never return and suggest finding another motel with some standards.

We paid 220 plus a 60 deposit because everything nearby was booked, but it wasn’t worth that much. The pillowcases had stains and hair, there was sticky stuff on the dresser, and the bed had two flat sheets instead of a fitted sheet, with a thin comforter. There was an open condom wrapper on the window. No washcloths, so we used a towel, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper. I’m glad I had cleaning supplies with me, because I cleaned things up myself. We raised the issues at the front desk and had them come change the linens. I won’t stay here again.
