Comfort Suites Newnan

There are plenty of nearby restaurants, and the hotel is far enough from the freeway that we couldn’t hear traffic from the room. We’d booked on the day we arrived, before our flight home the next day. Our first room was clean, had no odor, a comfortable bed and fresh bedding, a nicely updated bathroom, and working air conditioning. We couldn’t fall asleep because of an annoying humming sound from the ceiling, which I thought might be the rooftop air conditioning. I called the front desk, explained it, and they quickly moved us to a lower floor. That room was clean, though not spotless: the couch had stains, but we didn’t use it. It was more worn than the fourth-floor room and smelled musty at first, probably because the air conditioning had been off. Once I turned it on, the smell went away. Thanks to the front desk for listening and sorting it out.

Jennifer at the front desk made this so easy. I’d booked the wrong dates in the Choices app and got nowhere with three customer service reps. I explained it in the lobby, and she corrected the dates within minutes without any hassle. We checked in, and the room was nice and clean. Great service!

I got sick while traveling out of Atlanta and drove to this Comfort Suites because I usually stay with this company and it’s reliably nice. This location was superior in every way. Yolanda was working when I arrived and was so kind and considerate of what I needed. I rested overnight, then got to thank her the next morning before leaving. That’s real hospitality. Thank you so much.

Our truck broke down on the way to Savannah, so I booked a room for the night while it was being repaired. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were really nice. My daughter and grandson were with me, and after we ordered food late that night, I thought my grandson had made a bit of a mess. I left a cleaning tip. After we’d left, my daughter realized she’d forgotten her pullover sweater. I remembered it along the back of the couch and called right away to say we were turning back. The woman at the desk said she checked lost and found, then went up to the room, but said it wasn’t there. I know it had been there, so I believe someone on the cleaning staff took it. My daughter was heartbroken because it was a meaningful gift. I hope whoever took it truly needed it.
