Admiral Weaver Inn

We had a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was great. Julie was an amazing host, thoughtful about the details that help guests feel at ease. We needed a late check-in, and the process went smoothly. I’d highly recommend staying here in Newport.

The next morning, we had pancakes, eggs, French toast, and bacon made for us at breakfast. Everything was delicious, and Melissa stopped by to check that guests had what they needed. She and the rest of the staff were phenomenal, seemed to enjoy working together, and made the whole stay pleasant. When we arrived, Melissa, the new Inn Keeper, greeted us warmly. The roses and wine I’d requested as a surprise for my gf looked gorgeous, with the wine in an ice bucket. The room itself was fantastic, clean, and comfortable, and we both enjoyed the jetted tub later that evening. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you, Melissa!!

We had a quiet, acceptable room and a friendly proprietor. The location was perfect, just a block from a Stop and Shop. Breakfast was simple, freshly made to order, and the coffee was excellent. I’d have paid more for an upgraded bathroom and better amenities, but I recommend the property and would return.

The owner was kind and understanding about what we needed, and each room had heating and cooling controls. Breakfast was really delicious, made fresh by a personal chef with whatever you wanted, like eggs, bacon, and sausage. Our room was cozy and nicely decorated, though a few things were falling apart: some lightbulbs were out and the hooks came loose easily. The bathroom was much smaller than I expected. If you’re taller than 5' 5", I wouldn’t advise staying here.
