They called our room at 9:45 pm, after everyone was asleep, to ask if we were running around. I was already exhausted, and the beds were too small for us, so I really didn’t need random calls during the night. We’d booked two queen beds but got two fulls instead. When I complained, the front desk brushed me off and said that was just the size of queens at this hotel. Apparently they can just make up mattress sizes. They don’t have cots or any other extra beds, either. The whole place smelled like weed, and half the employees seemed high. This hotel needs to be whipped into shape.

The room was clean and looked after, the price was great, and the area felt safe with plenty to do nearby. I was visiting a friend, and Natasha made a big difference to my stay. She greeted me with a smile at check-in and made me feel genuinely welcome. I’ve always liked how Hilton treats its guests, and Natasha clearly cares about them. Checkout with Ralph was unfortunately a bad experience, but Natasha stepped in and sorted things out the next morning. Thank you, Natasha.

The spacious lobby and pool table were nice, and breakfast was good. The hotel was super clean, with comfortable rooms. We were impressed and would stay again.

The location, hotel, cleanliness, and staff were great. We stayed in room 307 from 06/21/2025 to 06/22/2025. There was only one microwave, down in the lobby, and the people above us stomped all night. That part wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The shower was our main problem. My father uses a wheelchair, so we had a handicap room. Neither the regular shower head nor the detachable one for handicap use got hot. The water was lukewarm at best, and there was no shower seat, just rails. The pressure was almost nonexistent on both heads, even at the highest setting. At one point it dropped to zero, as if the water had shut off, though the shower was still on. I had to sit there cold and wait for it to come back. Update: I appreciate the hotel’s response, but we were definitely in a handicap room. My mother booked it as accessible through Expedia, and the bathroom had handicap rails, including in the shower, plus a detachable shower head mounted to the side wall for someone with a disability. I’ve added a photo of our reservation, which clearly says accessible. Respectfully, I’ve also seen several reviews mention the water pressure and temperature, with the hotel saying it would look into the issue and fix it. Those reviews go back two years, and there still hasn’t been an improvement.
