I booked the Forget-Me-Not cabin for 15 nights at the end of April because I needed somewhere close to work. It suited me perfectly, and I really didn't want to go. Jim and Karen are great, though watch your Tree House calzone around Karen! ;)

Daniels Lake Lodge worked well as our home base for guided fishing trips and Kenai fjords tours. We had a family reunion there and enjoyed the cabins, fishing, and evenings around the campfire.

Loons and moose were nearby, and the scenery was beautiful. I even caught a trout at 11pm in broad daylight. We used this great venue for our family reunion and as a starting point for guided salmon fishing on the Kasilof River and the 6 hour Kenai Fjords cruise in Seward.

The owners were so friendly and treated us like family during our stay in the Cabin. We had comfortable accommodations and a lovely view of the lake. It's in the woods, so remember your Mosquito Repellent! Love this place.

The couple looking after the place are just the friendliest. It's a great spot for a family trip or a work vacation, and there's a little enclosed area behind the house.
