Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Noblesville

I came to town for a funeral and the room was clean and smelled fresh. I slept well despite a soccer group going wild in the lobby when I arrived. My room and hallway stayed pretty quiet when it mattered. I missed breakfast because I didn't get up early enough, so I can't comment on it, but it would be nice if it ran later. Two room issues stood out. The sink light flickered. The front desk said corporate controls the integrated LED fixtures, so they can't simply change a bulb and have to order replacements in bulk and store them. Also, a shower bottle wouldn't stay on the wall. I put it back once, then it crashed into the tub about 20 minutes later and scared me.

I loved this hotel. The pool was amazing, and the lobby was so comfortable, with a little station for drinks and snacks. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast and dinner area was awesome.

I had to stay here for a baseball tournament. The king bed was crammed into a space meant for a twin, so I had to climb out at the foot instead of the side. The A/C sits about 4 inches from the bed, making it hard to cool the whole room. The door handle was almost impossible to open unless you really jammed it. Breakfast was OK.

It's an older hotel that's been updated, with a decent breakfast and a decent exercise room. The staff seemed like hard workers. The room had a bit of a mildewy smell, and the lobby could use a TV.
