I was here for a nearby conference, but I’d only stay again if there were literally nowhere else to go. The room smelled damp and moldy, and the bathroom, despite having been recently renovated, reeked of cigarettes. There was visible water damage on the ceiling that seemed to have been painted over, mold on the lampshades, a hair on my pillow, a stain on the sheets, and a spider egg mass on the shower curtain. The bed was very uncomfortable, with tiny, nonstandard pillows. My asthma and allergies flared up right away.

The location is great and breakfast was good, but the hotel could use some remodeling. I’m not sure there’s an elevator, though there are luggage carts. The bed frames have metal panels rising from the floor to the mattresses, and whenever you hit one, it rings like a bell. I’ve never encountered anything like it.

The room was clean and ready when I arrived, and breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and quick to treat guests with respect. Couldn’t have asked for better!

4/10
The breakfast was awful, and the stay only served its purpose. The family in the room next to ours had no control over their kids, one of whom kept trying to open the door between our adjoining rooms. At one point it felt like people all along the hall were taking turns opening and slamming doors. The parking lot was icy, and unlike other businesses, the hotel made no effort to clear it. We plan to spend a week in Noblesville again, but we won’t stay here.

I appreciated the service here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was cleaned daily. They also asked whether I needed anything.
