Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco

Sergio at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. The hotel messed up my reservation, then refused to give me a room and wasted my time. He said he would “accommodate me” if I could prove the booking. I showed him the confirmation, and he brushed me off, saying the hotel was sold out. Unbelievable. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It felt dishonest, careless, and disrespectful, like they don’t care about guests or keeping their word. Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco should be ashamed of how it treats people. I’ll never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that values your time and money.

The men's restroom was appalling. One faucet didn't work and the urinal was broken. Ice was only available from the first floor machine, since the third floor one was broken and the second floor one was empty. The reading light in my room was broken too. The woman at the front desk needs to learn to smile.

I’m glad I only booked one night. If you need a quiet hotel, go somewhere else. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from nearby rooms, even across the hall. The hotel seems to attract kids' sports teams because of the sports park down the street, and children run and yell in the hallways. At 11:45 p.m. on Friday, while I was writing this, I could hear TVs in both rooms beside me and a family talking about tomorrow’s plans. The windows aren’t much better, either. Street traffic comes through as if you were sleeping outside in the parking lot. I may need another night in town, but it won’t be here.

The staff were awesome and so hospitable, and breakfast was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. It was my first time staying here, and I’d definitely consider coming back.
