The staff were nice, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. The bed was comfortable, but the suite wasn't two separate rooms as I'd expected. I was also given an accessible room, which felt a little odd to me. The fresh exterior paint made the building look new, but it wasn't worth the price. The apartment-size refrigerator was outdated, though it had an ice maker, and I couldn't tell if the water was filtered. The windows were off track, so I could hear everything outside. The bathroom corners were very dirty, the towels need replacing, and cleaning should be better. The furniture had been updated, but it was clearly used. There were no updated USB phone chargers, so I was glad I brought my own cube. No pool, and no free breakfast or coffee for that price.

The front desk staff were friendly, quick, and professional, and the room was clean before I arrived. It was large, well equipped for a long stay, and everything worked. There's also a great gym and an outdoor grilling area. I wouldn't choose it for a family vacation of a few nights, but I'll ask my company to book me here for work trips.

The room phone didn’t work, and the TV kept cutting in and out. The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but I wish a few things had been better. At the front desk, Ann and the young man she was training smelled strongly of cigarettes and something else unpleasant. I couldn’t get checked in and away from the smell fast enough.

My first night was fine after the drive from Florida to Virginia. Then the water stopped, and we had none for the last day and a half. The front desk staff were very sweet when I spoke to them, but said there was nothing they could do. I had to drive 13 hours back without being able to shower or brush my teeth.

We’ve been loyal to IHG for over 20 years, but this was the dirtiest, nastiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The entire third floor smelled of cigarettes and THC, with people openly smoking in their rooms. In ours, there were dirty handprints and suspicious smears on the walls, dried food on the fridge door and walls, and no soap in the shower. Some lamps were broken and other lights didn’t work, and the tub had no plug. The food in the on-site Courtyard Cupboard was expired. The photos don’t show the place fairly, except for the exterior, which was accurate.
