We found what may have been a full-sized bed bug on our pajamas. I told the staff right away and asked for help, but they said to wait for the general manager. When the manager arrived, they verbally accosted me instead of helping, refused to inspect the bug, and said pest control would handle it. I calmly told nearby guests they might want to check their clothes as a precaution. Staff got very rude and told me not to speak to other guests. When I asked whether guests would be notified if bed bugs were confirmed, I was only told they would “treat the room.” I was shocked by the anger and attempted humiliation over raising a legitimate concern calmly. Letting a confused guest next to me know about basic precautions shouldn’t lead to this treatment. Be cautious if you stay here. I’ll update this if bed bugs are confirmed, but I strongly recommend taking precautions.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Breakfast was pretty good, though it could have had more options. The front desk woman wasn’t very personable and didn’t give us much information at check-in, but we’ve stayed in lots of hotels, so it wasn’t a big deal. Everyone else on staff was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

My daughter had auditions at OU, and getting there took just five minutes. The place was clean, quiet, and friendly, with a great location. It worked perfectly for us.

We were driving from MN to Texas, and this made a perfect stop right off highway 35. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Tawny was especially helpful when we checked in. They’re pet friendly too.

We arrived around 11 pm, and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She put us upstairs in a quieter part of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and checking out was easy. I’d definitely recommend it for a visit to Norman.
