The rooms are tiny, and mine connects to another room through a door I could open. I can hear nearly everything said next door. Staff also enter your room every three days, whether you want them to or not. The buffet is mediocre, with painfully dry meat, and the bus service is awful. You have to travel several miles to get anywhere else. If the post office weren't keeping this place afloat, I think it would've closed ages ago.

I come here for class once a month and really enjoy it. The conference center is great, the staff are awesome, and I like the rooms, showers, and food.

We checked out the next morning after sleeping in the room for just one night, but they still didn't return my $50. We definitely didn't cause any damage. The service was as expected and the food was amazing, but keeping my money over this isn't right. They should show more integrity. That's why I'm giving it two stars.

The staff have been pleasant and really friendly, and the Christmas decorations around the campus were wonderful. There were lights everywhere, inside and out. My main issue is that the rooms are very dated, which is why I took stars off. If they updated them, this would be an exceptional place.

There's not much within walking distance, so keep that in mind when you visit. The rooms are dated, though they're maintained well, and the food was surprisingly excellent. What really made the stay fantastic was the staff. They're kind, sociable, and humble.
