The room had everything I needed, including a stove, mini fridge, a decent-sized TV, and air conditioning and heat. It was clean, and my stay was pleasant. Shae was a great help, and the service was excellent. Thanks for the hospitality. I'll be back.

I was glad this place was available when I needed somewhere to stay, and the staff were genuinely nice. They looked into things I brought up and fixed what they could. The room itself was okay, but I wouldn't come back. The problems added up. The shower swung between scalding hot and no hot water, and the hallway on my no-smoking floor constantly smelled of pot and cigarettes. The elevator was filthy, smelled awful at every hour, and broke down often. Since I was on the fourth floor, that was a real hassle. On weekends, with the main front office absent, it wasn't cleaned until Monday. There were police there frequently, and many guests looked like they might be using drugs. My car was fine, but several others had been broken into and their windows smashed while I was there. There was no ice machine. They offered kitchenware and ice trays for sale, but I didn't trust the tap water, so I used bottled water and bought ice elsewhere. Rooms were serviced every two weeks, but that meant fresh bedding and towels, not actual cleaning. I'm picky, so I cleaned my own room. I'm still grateful I had a place at the time, but I wouldn't stay again.

The rooms aren't the fanciest, and you won't find every luxury of a five-star place, but Shae made this somewhere I'd choose again whenever I'm in the area. She's the general manager, and she went way beyond what I expected. My full-size refrigerator started making a terrible noise just before the front desk closed. The employee on duty offered to move me or have maintenance look at it the next morning. My wife was at the hotel while I was at work, waiting for the maintenance guy, but he never showed. Shae had noticed the memo about the fridge when she was in the office, came up to explain what happened, and said they'd replace it as soon as possible. My wife expected a wait, but Shae returned downstairs and came back with a new fridge herself. She hauled it up to our fourth-floor room and replaced it before we knew it. I couldn't believe she'd carried that big refrigerator all by herself. Thanks, Shae, for going the extra mile.

I was charged for a room that the receptionist said wasn't available when I arrived. This started after I booked on the website and reception called to say there were no rooms. They suggested a two-bed room for me alone, and I agreed to call back in ten minutes. Before I did, an email came through saying my reservation had been canceled. I called the number that had contacted me. The representative said they couldn't find a room, then offered one, only for the receptionist to tell me it was unavailable when I got there. This has dragged on for a long time, wasted my time, and caused a lot of inconvenience.

I've been staying here for more than 60 days while working in the area, and Shae at the front desk has made it feel like home while I'm away. She consistently goes above and beyond with every request, always with a smile and a cheerful attitude. She definitely deserves a raise or bonus. Thank you, Shae.
