The hotel was very clean, and the staff were amazing. My kids always enjoyed the breakfast, and the coffee was good too. My son left a toy behind, and they offered to send it to us. If we're ever back in the area, we'll stay here again.

The staff are warm and genuine, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and safe. I loved the gym, the full breakfast, and the board game area. Best hotel experience I've had so far. I'll definitely come back for a relaxing stay and a game of pool.

Heather and the team made this one of our best overnight stays in a long time. Heather was warm, professional, and engaging, asking about our trip, sharing stories, and checking that we had what we needed. The young woman who checked us in was polite and courteous, and on arrival we were greeted with smiles, complimentary popcorn and water, and real hospitality. Everyone we met was helpful and clearly took pride in keeping the place clean and well run. Our room was spotless, with a Smart TV, mini fridge, and great air conditioning. The hotel has a vibrant, relaxed feel, with a comfortable lobby and background music. The refreshing, fragrant body wash and shampoo were a nice surprise, and fresh coffee was available all day. Breakfast was hearty, the 24-hour gym was well maintained, parking was spacious, and there were convenient water stations. Some of my family thought the beds were a bit firm, though I slept comfortably. We felt at ease in the modern yet cozy setting at Tru by Hilton in North Augusta. It was a memorable, family-friendly and pet-friendly stay. If you're traveling through South Carolina, I'd sincerely recommend it. There's always fresh coffee, relaxing music in the background, and a laid-back vibe. The rooms are clean and nice, with refreshing, wonderful-smelling body wash and shampoo. The decor has bright colors and different styles and textures. From the moment you walk in, the front desk clerk greets you with a big, genuine smile. This isn't the usual stuffy, snooty Holiday Inn. I don't think I could go back to another Holiday Inn now. They should take a few lessons from these folks.
