The room made a good first impression because it was clean when we arrived, and the staff were friendly. I also appreciated the free breakfast and WiFi during our three-day stay. But housekeeping never came to clean the room, not once. We didn't get replacement towels or any service at all. That was really disappointing and affected the whole experience, despite the helpful staff and amenities.

The breakfast area was kept up well, and it opened earlier than expected, which was a real help since we needed to leave early for an event. Our room was spotless, with that fresh clean smell as soon as I opened the door, and it stayed that way. Mr. Don greeted us so warmly and set the tone for a great stay. At checkout, Ms Jean was courteous and accommodating and made me feel at home. Thank you to Ms Stacy and her team for keeping the hotel close to perfect. A few things need attention: the bathroom toilet paper holder, a phone that wasn't working, and a loud AC.

Sarah, Abby, and Ralph at the front desk were amazing, and the staff made the stay worthwhile. My room was clean, housekeeping took care of every request, and breakfast was good. I'd come back anytime. The one drawback for me was that the TV wasn't a smart TV, but everything else was wonderful.

It's a very clean place with a good breakfast, and the staff are quick to take care of things. Travelers will find just about everything they need close at hand. They seem eager to clean rooms, so if you'd like privacy, remember to put the tag on the door.

For a Holiday Inn Express, this was quite nice. The bed was comfortable, with a good choice of pillows, and the cleanliness was about what you'd expect.
