The room was nice, and the desk clerk was helpful and accommodating. The parking lot could use better lighting. I’d stay again if the need came up.

The front desk staff were courteous and kind, but they couldn’t make up for how poor the rest of the stay was. The room looked nothing like the advertised photos. The $500 price felt completely unjustified. Sheets and towels weren’t fully clean, and fresh ones were only available by exchange and if clean towels were in stock. We had skin breakouts that may have been from the bedding, and there was visible mold on the shower head. The location felt unsafe, with guests seeing people urinating and defecating near parked cars. The general manager was rude and unprofessional when we communicated with them.

Sleep Inn was a comfortable place to stay, and the noise was manageable enough for a restful night. The room was cozy, though my sentence ends there. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. With restaurants and attractions easy to reach, the location was convenient. It’s a solid option if you want an affordable, comfortable stay.

Cleanliness was the main problem here. The first room had a terrible bathroom smell that spread through the room, mold on the ceiling, and carpets that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. On the sheets we found what we thought was a cockroach leg. The front desk woman helped us move, which we were glad about, but the second room was just as disgusting and also hadn’t been vacuumed. There was mold and mildew under the sink on the carpet, hair left by other people on the bathroom floor and in the shower, and barely any water pressure once we turned the temperature above cold. The window was completely detached, both locks were broken, and being on the ground floor made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with most things gone by 8 AM.
