Comfort Inn & Suites North Conway

Even on a busy Valentine's Day weekend, it was so quiet here. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable, and the location was exceptional for North Conway. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We had a longer weekend here and were very happy with the hotel. Our King Suite had plenty of space for all our outdoor winter clothes and gear, and it felt clean and new. The full breakfast was excellent, served by friendly, respectful staff. There’s a lot nearby in several directions, and we’d gladly visit again. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. My comforter was torn at the seam, but when I asked for another one, someone showed up at my door in 2-3 minutes with a fresh one and a smile. She mentioned they’re planning to replace the comforters soon. Breakfast was complimentary and had plenty of choices, including waffles, cereal, toast, oatmeal, and biscuits with gravy. The location is convenient for downtown and the outlets. When I arrived, I noticed cute Christmas decorations, an Iced Coffee Bar with several Torani syrups, and a Soup Bar serving Corn Chowder, my favorite. Coffee, tea, and lemon water were available all night too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Our car broke down on Saturday while we were heading to the ice castles, and the staff did everything they could for my family. Since the day and time affected the hours of most businesses, they made sure we had a room and whatever we needed as we extended our stay. Everyone checked on us and offered help, and they were so friendly and caring. Our room was cleaned every day. I work in customer service, and I’d be proud to have this team working for me. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone. The only downside was that we didn’t get to enjoy our favorite place, North Conway! We’d driven up Friday and planned to stay until Sunday.
