White Birch Inn of North Conway

Breakfast alone is worth mentioning: the blueberry French toast casserole was outstanding, and it was included. My wife and I spent a couple of nights at this small, four-bedroom Inn, which had all the comforts of home and more. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple of minutes' walk from town. Cat and Jim are terrific hosts and have thought of everything. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

The owners are kind and know the area well, and the renovation work has made the inn gorgeous. My husband and I were given a stay here in January and loved it so much that I booked another visit for my father and me this past weekend. I've stayed in the Mt. Washington room both times, and it's been comfortable and clean. Main Street is a short walk away for food or coffee, but despite being so close, the inn is peaceful. I'll definitely book another stay at White Birch Inn.

Cat and Jim were warm and kept in touch, and we even played cards by the fireplace with Jim one night. Breakfast was amazing. The Inn felt modern, newly decorated, and very clean, while our room was cozy, just what we wanted. Our private bathroom was outside the room, but it still felt private, especially with the cozy robes. The location is ideal, only a block from Main Street and its local shops and restaurants. We had lunch at Hooligans, where the chili and pot pie were the best we've ever had. Flatbread and Co was cozy at the bar and had great pizza, and Moat Mountain's nachos were great too. The reviews were all top notch when we booked, and they proved true. Great place and people. We'll be back!

Every detail at the White Birch Inn seems thoughtfully handled, from the decor to the dog biscuits and bowls. Jim and Cat welcomed our dog especially warmly. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and breakfast was amazing. We loved the food and hospitality, and staying away from home doesn't get better than this. We highly recommend the inn and will definitely return.
