Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton North Haven

Alijah at the front desk made check-in easy and was helpful with all my questions. He was polite, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. That kind of customer service really makes a difference.

There was garbage left on every floor, and the place didn’t smell good. My main issue, though, is the $150 incidental fee they charged to my card. They don’t have room service or a bar, so what was it for? Was it discrimination? I’m a senior citizen, and I wasn’t throwing a wild party. The front desk wouldn’t explain the charge. I could understand $50, but $150.00? Do not stay here.

Everything was new, clean, and shiny during our visit, when the hotel had been open for two months. It’s a beautiful place within walking distance of lots of stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and other things. I used the gym, took my kids to the pool, and we had breakfast in the lobby every morning.

Walking distance to restaurants and movies, and the staff were really friendly. I was so happy with my stay at Hampton soon North Haven. The rooms and facilities are new and extremely clean, and the beds and pillows are comfy. FIVE STARS!
