We couldn't figure out what was clean in the room. Dirt showed on the handles, outlets, and switches, with dust and odd patches on the walls. The bathroom was just as bad, with dirty walls, questionable towels, and a shower window that opened toward an alley, leaving no privacy. There was a visible stain on the couch, so we wouldn't sit on it, and the bed and pillows seemed uncertain enough that we covered them with our own shirts. The room felt grimy from the start and badly needed a deep clean.

I'd never posted a review before, but this place was so awful I want to warn people. There was hair all over the filthy floor and even on the sheet beneath the blanket. The bathroom window had no curtain, so people in nearby buildings could see you on the toilet. They left two toilet rolls, one partly used and the other nearly gone, apparently from earlier guests. After 30 minutes I asked to get a refund and stay somewhere else. The rude woman at the desk got defensive and said no refund because I'd been there three hours. I said we'd checked in 30 minutes earlier, but she got mad and still refused. The manager shrugged when I raised the hair, dirty floor, and lack of bathroom privacy, as if to say, 'so what.' There's a homeless encampment just over the parking wall, and the area feels sketchy. Worst stay ever. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

The bathroom window was broken and had no curtain, and I found hair on the mattress. The room didn't look like the pictures, and we were very unhappy with the service. When we tried to resolve things, staff kept saying we were making up stories. The woman checking us in was hostile and rude. We won't stay there again.

Stay date: July 25-26 I left after just an hour because the room was unlivable. There were roaches, urine stains on the bed, marks on the couch, cracked mirrors, patched wall holes, broken windows, and barely any bathroom supplies. The front desk woman said I would get a refund, but the hotel ignored Expedia's calls and emails for four days. Then she falsely blamed me for causing the damage. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. My family and I spent until 2 AM looking for a better hotel. Don't stay here.
