We stopped here for a night on the way to Boston and couldn’t wait to leave. Both rooms smelled like mold, and there were insects in the bathroom. We asked to switch rooms, but the other one was hardly any better. Someone had their TV turned up very loudly and ignored me when I asked several times to lower it. Since we arrived late at night, we couldn’t go somewhere else. Honestly, I’d rather have slept in the car. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels and never experienced anything this gross.

We booked two nights through hotel.com, not knowing the area, and the place looked like a good option. Once there, we noticed they seemed to rent rooms to people who couldn’t afford housing. That wasn’t a big deal at first, but then we had to call the number on the door, wait for a man to come, and go into what I guess was the office. There was a gallon of someone’s pee sitting there, which was disgusting. We tried to overlook it and see the room, but he had to find our key in a baggie, and it was just a house key. The room was gross, with what looked like bedbug activity on the boxspring, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. I’ve stayed in cheap hotels, but never had an experience like this. We left two minutes after going in and canceled, losing the money for one night. The owner wouldn’t even speak to the man from hotels.com so we could get a refund. This place is disgusting and needs to be condemned. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Do not stay here.

The room was dated, and at night it felt a bit scary with people shouting outside. It cost a lot and didn’t provide what they charged for.

My family and I stayed for two weeks while waiting for housing, and the nightly rate was $200. I started to suspect someone was coming into our room during the day because there were Roku charges for things people had ordered, and our dog was acting strangely. I put a GoPro on the dog and saw someone entering and using our TV. When I confronted the owner with the video, they claimed it wasn’t possible. We were stuck because we’d already paid and still had to wait for housing. The floors were dirty when we arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and I had to clean it all myself. Our neighbors fought loudly every night, frightening my young child. Most of the guests seemed to be between housing, so this didn’t feel like a place for a family. The room entries and the condition of the place made it nowhere near worth $200 a night.
