Forrest Pines Condominiums are in Incline Village Lake Tahoe, Nevada, just a convenient block from the private beach. Stores are nearby for whatever you need. The complex is very clean, with mature trees and plants throughout. I love this place.

Two employees came over and put out our barbecue with water just as we were about to cook the burgers, even after we tried to reason with them. There was a sign in a tree saying no barbecuing after 8:00, but we hadn't known about it. My family was stunned, and we had to throw the burgers away and go out for dinner. Awful service, with no regard for family time.

Thanks to FPHOA for keeping things so well run. A friend of mine who owns apartment complexes in Reno noticed how good the common areas look. He's seen plenty of complexes and knows quality management when he sees it.

After buying there 50 years ago, I find it isn't as enjoyable as it used to be. Pool hours are very limited, and there are lots of restrictions.
