Kings Run Retreat Patio

The noise drove us out before our three-night stay was over. The upstairs person blasted the TV from 8 PM until midnight the second night, and we finally packed everything and left. On our first morning, we woke at 5 AM to them walking back and forth for about half an hour. When Vacasa contacted the property management at kings run, they took no responsibility for the noise despite the ordinance and refused any compensation. Three separate notices said the management had a noise ordinance against noise after 8 or 9 PM. The condo also lacked outlets and nightstands. My wife and I use CPAP machines, and there was nowhere to plug them in, so we had to bring a power strip and run a cord to use them at night. The whole place looks at least 40-60 years old. The run-down parking lot, wall texture, paint style, and lobby made me think it may once have been an office building converted into condos. It was mostly kept up, but the age shows everywhere. Do not do business with or stay at the kings run condos.

It’s very old, but quiet and in a great location. It worked well for our stay, though I don’t think we’ll be back.

We arrived late, but no one was available to give us a key. In the end we had to find another hotel. We won't be coming back.

Great spot, and everything was kept in really good shape. It worked perfectly for us as a couple or a small family.
