The restaurant closed at 10 PM, and I might have stayed longer, but the security folks were so friendly and funny that I ended up chatting with them. I’m in the Army, and one of them used to be too. I was staying next door, not at this hotel, but walked over and enjoyed the salmon, brockli (sp?) and rice. I’m trying to keep my weight down, and even liked the sauce that came with it. Deana (sp?), the bar tender, and the two watresses, a mother and daughter, gave outstanding service. Next time I’ll see if my per diem covers staying at the hotel.

It’s a great place for a family stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to little rock. My only gripe is the pool, which always seems dirty. There are always maintaince people on duty, so what’s going on with that? Lol. Otherwise, a very nice hotel!

They wouldn’t accept either of my cards, Visa or Discover, so I paid cash after they tried to make it up to me by lowering the room rate. Then they said I couldn’t have breakfast because I hadn’t paid full price for the room.
