Residence Inn By Marriott North Little Rock

The staff made this place feel like home, especially Alaa, Tisha, Juanita, Christina, Antonio, and Carole. Alaa, please forgive me if I've got the spelling wrong, you went above and beyond for us, and I already miss you. Our room was clean and quiet, breakfast was delicious every day, and the location was close to everything. If you're thinking about staying here, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The staff were incredible, and the hotel is close to the hospital. But the place badly needs updating. There were stains all over the furniture in our suite, and a dirty sock was left behind one of the bedroom doors. The bathroom door handle was falling off too. The TV wouldn't turn off, and since there was no remote, I had to unplug all the wires at the back.

We were worn out from traveling, and the on-site manager could tell we needed to get into our room, especially my grumpy spouse. She was friendly and accommodating. It was clear throughout the hotel that she was present and cared about the property.

As a business traveler, I expect basic privacy and security, along with a professional response when something goes wrong. I got none of that here. Staff entered my room even though a clearly displayed Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. When I brought it up with the front desk on Tuesday, the response was dismissive and flippant, without even an apology. Unauthorized entry into a guest room is a serious privacy and security breach. The lack of accountability afterward made the problem worse. This needs immediate review and corrective action.
