There are no playgrounds, and apart from two pools, there aren't any amenities. The pools have been shut for a month, supposedly because of a live wire, and almost four weeks later little work seems to have been done. With all the HOA fees, they could have hired an electrician to deal with the wire. They knew residents and their families would be here for the 4th of July, but seem not to care. Only four buildings actually face the waterway. They don't like you having fun, and there are way too many Karens here. What's the point of paying HOA fees if all you can do is sit in your condo or on the porch?
