Crescent Shores 405 (North Tower) by RedAwning

The balcony is such a relaxing place to sit and watch the sunset, with the ocean view right there. The condo is comfortable for the whole family, and the kids had a great time at the pool and lazy river. The building was clean and well maintained, and the paint looked good. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation.

We’ve rented two different condos here, and both were fabulous. They were clean, spacious, and had wonderful views.

The location was wonderful, but our room badly needed a deep clean. There was a musty, moldy cigarette smell that pictures couldn’t capture, and it made symptoms worse for guests with breathing problems. We notified the facility, but after we expressed dissatisfaction, they stopped communicating. Maintenance fixed the toilet and housekeeping came to clean two vents. They also provided an extra parking pass, which showed me they’d received my texts, but they still didn’t respond. There weren’t enough toiletries for ten people, so we had to buy more supplies.

We’re here for two weeks, and every unit has a great ocean view. The lobby is clean each morning. One of the three elevators is out for servicing. Guests use the garage across the street, while owners can park under the building. Molly Darcy's is right next door, handy when you feel like a pint of Guinness.
