Crescent Towers I by Seaside Vacations

Our ninth floor condo was beautiful, clean, and well managed, with everything working properly. Half of the building has windows that show off the lovely ocean view. The large kitchen opened into the living and dining areas, which made a nice space for entertaining, and we had lots of fun. The balcony was spacious too. Beach access was good. I only wish the pool were a bit bigger, though it was clean and well cared for.

We’ve stayed here twice, in 901, and our friends had 601. Both units were beautiful and clean. North Shore Realty manages them, and does an amazing job. Any issue gets fixed immediately. There are ocean views and easy access to all the amenities, but it’s far enough from the tourist crowds to feel peaceful. The pool is always clean. Unit 901 has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large kitchen and common area, and a nice balcony. Fourteen family members stayed comfortably, and we had so much fun. It’s a cheaper option than a hotel or resort. Don’t miss out!

There was enough room for all seven of us to be comfortable, and most places were only about a 15 minute drive away. The condo itself was a good size and we had a great stay. The building felt dated, though, and could use more upkeep.

We loved being right on the beach, and the condo being dated didn't bother us. But when we arrived at Crescent Towers, room 604, in July of 2021, it clearly hadn't been cleaned. I spent almost two hours cleaning even though I'm not fussy. There were pink marks in the toilets, hair and crumbs on the floors and carpets, and sticky cabinets, appliances, and closet rods. The cleaning service they use is obviously telling them the place was cleaned, but they hadn't done anything before we arrived.
