Cherry Grove is a nice area, and the oceanfront view from the balcony was great. I would stay in Cherry Grove again, but not at King Villas. The condo and building had obvious issues, though there were signs of repairs. In B-2, the living room sliding door wouldn't secure properly, and the bedroom door couldn't be unlocked. One was a fire hazard and the other a security concern. They offered to fix them after we moved in, but these problems should have been caught before our stay. There were roaches on the floor, and while you expect some bugs at the beach, the stained towel left by the cleaners didn't help. The walls had some dings and scuffs, which is worrying when you're warned about causing that kind of damage. The small half-bath in the master bedroom looked like a closet and wasn't clear from the listing. Communication was good overall, but didn't help much when the residents upstairs dragged furniture around and made noise.
