North Shore Villas

Room 1002 through VRBO was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a huge balcony and comfortable furniture. I had breakfast outside at the table most mornings. The property has level access to the beach from the side, which is good for people with mobility challenges. I loved the pool, lazy river, and hot tub, and the groundskeepers went above and beyond to keep everything spotless. There’s plenty of parking in the garage on the building’s first three floors, and the elevators are super fast. I highly recommend the property, especially 1002!

The beach is beautiful, and the location is great. The property’s a bit dated, but they do worthwhile maintenance and updates each year. I especially enjoy coming in the off-season when it’s quieter.

We stayed in an oceanfront condo on the 4th floor, and it was roomy and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked of any condo we’ve stayed in, with plenty of utensils, dishes, seasonings, cleaning supplies, paper towels, plastic containers, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. It was generously supplied with the things you’d expect to need. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space, and having three bathrooms was a plus. The pool, lazy river, and grounds were all well maintained. It’s convenient for shopping and restaurants, and with few high rises nearby, the beach wasn’t overcrowded even in mid-July. The condo was very clean. Scott and Lisa, the owners, were easy to work with and stayed in touch by text. I’ll add them to my favorites.
