Quality Inn & Suites North Myrtle Beach

The area was great, but this wasn’t a good stay and I won’t be back. I checked in on the 11th after my friend’s celebration of life, having driven four hours and just wanting to rest. The floor was loud as soon as I got off the elevator, especially across from my room. I unpacked and tried watching a movie, then called the front desk about an hour later to ask to move. The man said he couldn’t move me because of the noise and would come check. I’m not sure he did. The loudest noise never stopped, even after I turned off the TV. The bathroom was nasty when I went to shower. There was dirt and hair behind the towels, splashes down the metal side of the sink, and hair in the tub. The floor by the window and bed was dirty enough that I could feel it under my flip-flops. Then I found old food, pie, inside the microwave, and don’t know how long it had been there. I checked out on the 12th and showed the lady pictures of everything. She said she couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party, but took notes and said she’d follow up with housekeeping. I’m still waiting to hear what they can do. It was my first stay here.

A nice place to stay, clean throughout, and everything smelled good. Breakfast gets a thumbs up from me 👍 👌

We had a good experience all around. The room was very clean, the staff were professional, and breakfast was included and really good. We’ll stay again.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the man who helped me at 10 p.m. was both friendly and professional. He thanked me for being a titanium member. People like that make guests want to come back.
