Sea Cloisters 302e 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Condo

The views of the ocean and pool are great, and the grounds have plenty of green space, well-kept yards and gardens, a pool, and parking. These are privately owned condos, so each one is decorated differently, and many have been updated. Some owners have chosen not to renovate. Sea Cloisters has two- and three-bedroom units in several floor plans.

Our unit, 205D, had just been renovated, with granite countertops and plush blue carpet. We could see the beach and pool from every window, and it felt like heaven. The whole atmosphere made us want to buy a place and live there year-round. This was such a wonderful stay that I’m telling friends to rent or even buy, and we’ll be looking into it too. I’ve visited North Myrtle Beach since I was a kid, and this building seems to keep getting better. I usually avoid high-rises because they feel crowded and the rooms can be generic. Here, the three-story condo complex has three oceanfront buildings with a nice pool between them. It’s a peaceful, quaint place about a mile from Cherry Grove Pier. There’s just one high-rise within a two-mile radius, and the beaches stayed uncrowded, with only a few families and retired folks around. A great choice for a relaxing beach getaway with little to worry about.

The location and view were the only good things about our stay in 101b. The room was absolutely disgusting, like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, with caked-on dust, filthy bathrooms, and dirty floors. We asked several times for the cleaning service to come, but my husband ended up spending part of our vacation cleaning bathrooms and other things. We didn’t even want to set our luggage down. The photos were misleading too: the furniture was all different and in terrible shape, with covers thrown over it to hide how gross it was. The fire alarm wasn’t even on the wall, so we put it back ourselves. See the pictures for reference and take your money elsewhere. If we don’t get bed bugs, I’ll be shocked.

Cherry Grove is a lovely little town within walking distance, and the beach stays uncrowded. The pool is great when it gets too hot at the beach, and the grounds are clean and well maintained. If you like the south Jersey shore, you’ll love Sea Cloister ll. I’ll keep coming back year after year.
